WALES AIR AMBULANCE: AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE

Join Alan Owen, a past patient and volunteer for the Wales Air Ambulance. You will hear about the setup of the Wales Air Ambulance, including its partnership with the NHS Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service(EMRTS), see a video of a rescue and then hear about Alan’s direct experience as a patient.

This talk will have a duration of approximately 45 minutes and will be accompanied by slides and a short video, with Alan advising that he will be happy to take any audience questions.
