Oasis One World Choir presents:
Gwlad Gyda’n Gilydd – Togetherland

Oasis One World Choir welcomes people seeking sanctuary in Cardiff and the wider community. We aim to learn from those who connect with us; sharing, growing and forming together. Our choir is a lifeline for many people who are faced with restarting their lives in a new country; often in a language that is completely new to them. The language of music transcends these barriers, and our choir allows people to make new friends and build community together.

OOWC have collaborated with Wales leading artists Ffion Campbell-Davies and Phil Okwedy to create an extraordinary performance of song, dance and storytelling that we would like to share with you. Gwlad Gyda’n Gilydd – Togetherland is supported by ACW – Create Award.

Performance Storyteller from West Wales – Phil Okwedy – worked with choir members to create performance pieces on themes of sanctuary and freedom. https://www.philokwedystoryteller.co.uk

2.00 – 4.00 performance workshops at Tenby Museum. Sharing some of the songs and stories we have created together, and we’d love you to join us and hear your songs too.

7.00 – 8.00: Gwlad Gyda’n Gilydd – Togetherland performance. Tenby Harbour in front of St Julians Chapel.
