Half Term Fun for Families

Fun and exciting event for families during half term!

Come to the museum and meet Duad and Delun from Castell Henllys Iron Age village who will demonstrate how some of the artefacts within our Iron Age collection would have been used.

Duad will demonstrate how clothes were made in the Iron Age and you can have a go at spinning your own wool or making your own cordage from natural fibres.

Delun will show you the way of the warrior and the art of boasting, which Celts loved to do! If you are a worthy warrior you can have your arm painted with a warrior’s tattoo!

The event takes place on Thursday 28th October between 10am and 12pm and cost is included in the entrance fee.
