David Petersen’s new exhibition, Sketches Of Brittany/Collective Nouns, sees 29 framed works from one of his myriad sketchbooks, plus six new sculpture pieces.  Since his stroke David has been unable to work in his usual medium of forged metals so his sculptural pieces are created from other materials such as plastics, an ironing board, hoover parts, shell casings and wood.  The paintings in the show are all from his time spent in Brittany.  This sales exhibition formally opens on Saturday 16 April and opens to the public on Wednesday 20 April.
